Profile of Company Directors
Haji Aziz Bin Haji Yusoff, a Malaysian, Aged 85, is the Managing Director of the company. He and several others started the company in 1978 soon after he retired from Malaysian Royal Arm Forces. However, the company started business only in 1982 when he bought over the shares of others. His last post in the Army was as Staff Sergeant. He has also been awarded Pingat Pangkuan Negara (PPN) and also Pingat Perkhidmatan Setia (PPS) by the Royal King in 1978. Sadly he passed away on January, 2020 and the post has been taken over by his daughter below.
Norsilawati Bte Abdul Aziz, a Malaysian, Aged 59, was the Executive Director of the company mainly in charge of Marketing of the company. She started her career in Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad in 1984 before she joined PETRONAS Gas Berhad in 1986. She joined the company in 1997. Now she is the Managing Director holding position.
Rasnah Bin Abdul Jamil, a Malaysian, Aged 83, is the Executive Director of the company now.
